跑步VS鄭多燕~ - 減肥

從四月份的時候我就開始每天跑30分鐘~大概4500~5000M左右
但從這禮拜開始我每天都跳第一片鄭多燕~
以這兩樣運動來說~哪一樣對減肥比較有效~
因為最近下班都變的懶得跑了~
因為我覺得睡前跳一下鄭多燕~超好睡的XD
如果5~6點時候跑步~到晚上睡覺還是翻來翻去XD

身高-178
體重-93(四月)->76(NOW)
BMI-23.9
因為我在山上~很少下山~所以沒量體脂率
因目前來說~哪樣運動對我來說比較適合~
現在每天都會拉個2~30下單槓(分開拉不是一次性..我不是海軍陸戰隊=d=)
先感謝各位版大的意見~
