不知道該不該繼續跑步... - 減肥

之前6月中開始減肥
本來體重95.1
身高172
現在體重91.4
主要是食量減半 少油 這樣而已
我想問的是 我覺得每次跑完(快走2000M+跑步3200M) 膝蓋有點不舒服
之前是除非下雨 都去跑
上禮拜停兩天 昨天又去跑 今天休息 可是我壓膝蓋附近 有像筋的地方
有那種像是瘀血的疼痛感 請問這樣我還可以繼續跑嗎
還是要休息到 壓下去也不會痛 才可以再開始?
