不能出去跑步的時候 - 健身

餓死抬頭
台北常常天氣不穩定
如果不能出去跑操場的時候
大家都在家裡做什麼樣子的有氧運動呢?
(若沒有運動器材)
在下有想過可以做
重訓(身邊有啞鈴)
爬樓梯(但在下有風濕性關節炎,所以好像也沒辦法一次就爬50分鐘= =)
跳繩(這個好像很激烈?)
要不是因為住宿空間不足
實在很想要存錢買一台X-BIKE跟慢跑交換著運動="=
(要不然每天一直想著要慢跑有的時候心裡會蠻有壓力的~"~)
可以請大家分享一下意見嗎?
