因為醫生說我腸胃有問題
所以不拿吃發酵類食物
例如蛋糕、麵包、饅頭、包子、餅乾等
這樣我想不出來我可以吃什麼當早餐耶
好像只有飯糰和地瓜
不知道還有沒有其他的建議呢
希望不要太麻煩的
