大家好,我看到有人建議這樣的觀點『不能每天運動』
原理如下:
每天運動會造成停滯期,因為這和生物生存機制有關,每天運動習慣了身體認為妳
很需要能量,會調整成適合身體活動的節能模式,代謝變慢來應付妳的每天大量運
動。每個星期至少要有兩天讓身體完全休息。也讓身體把受損的肌肉長回來長更多。
請問這是真的嗎?因為我找不太到這樣的理論google耶!
所以想問問看大家,謝謝
