各位好
小弟之前體脂6.8 幾次寒流後身體受不了
痛下心來拉高體脂 目前11.1 感覺正常多了
每天游泳1小時
早餐一顆饅頭(是真的一顆饅頭就不想吃了)
中餐便當一個
晚餐家裡煮的飯菜 飯量大概一碗 青菜吃很多 肉類大概半碗 多半是吃魚
可是這樣吃會便秘 大概兩天上一次
反倒是拉體脂的那段時間排便比較正常
那時紅豆餅一次吃4~8顆 麵包吃3~4顆 蛋糕吃兩片 麥當勞 肯德基 幾乎天天吃 吃大概6
天(那段時間真是超美好的...)
體脂從8.8拉上11.1
現在正常吃飯後排便不太順 可否請問什麼地方有問題嗎?
