有鑑於最近版上許多詢問飲食的減肥文,
個人覺得,與其在這聽各路不同的建議搞得自己很亂,還不如自己算。
而使用的app就是被提到爛的MyFitnessPal,用法真的很簡單。

即使是在家吃合菜或是自助餐,拿個大盤子,拿個料理秤,
把當餐準備要吃的食物全部依序夾到盤中,即可分別得出各食物的重量

丟到MFP後,就可以得到你當餐的總熱量(抱歉這兩個不是同一餐)

之後就不要再在版上問說,「晚餐我就吃一份魚,一些肉,青菜和飯少許....」
