蓋伊基本上肌肉量、身材、運動強度都已經屌打一般人了
但他的TDEE約為2800大卡,其實沒有你想像的多
若他基於自身大量運動而不控制飲食的話
我相信他無法維持他的好身材
對於一個TDEE為2000大卡的人他吃到2800大卡有多簡單?
多吃一包薯條,多一兩碗飯,多嗑一片雞排,多喝一杯珍奶
就差不多吃到2800大卡

遙想當年人們對於減肥直接把運動劃上等號
當然雙管齊下效果最好這是一定的
但對於一個沒有運動習慣單純想瘦的人
我不認為吃8分動2分被強調過頭
健康的定義我也不明白
但對於過重/肥胖的人來說能夠成功減重減肥減脂
已經是邁向健康的路上了
至於增加肌肉量/運動表現就不是本文的主旨
當然我也是很愛重訓的
這篇文章不是要跟你說運動沒有用
而是運動不應該被當成減肥減重檢脂的工具
運動是一種生活態度不是工具!!
