1、1873年1位英國醫師Dr.Mogan針對1829~1869年間代表牛津及劍橋大學參加
划船比賽的294名原運動選手為對象作了追蹤調查,調查結果發現這些選手
的平均壽命都比當時的英國人之平均壽命長約2年不等。
<= 這就是懷疑運動選手較一般人短命說的起始點
爾後陸陸續續的調查研究(排除戰爭或交通意外死亡),甚至也進化到拿
運動項目vs壽命,出來的結果發現運動選手在25~50歲的死亡率比平均死
亡率低39%,但在50歲之後的死亡率則無明顯差別;比對另一份研究結果
發現除了美式足球及棒球選手顯示有相對較短命趨向,其它不同運動項目
的運動員之壽命長短之差別主要是在50歲間的死亡率之差異。但總括來說,
研究結果均傾向運動員之平均壽命較一般人長。
<= 所以運動究竟會不會短命就甭我廢言啦。
另外咧,現代運動員會壽命比較短,還有一個叫做『用藥』的問題(炸)
2、用進廢退。
即使沒有胡亂節食,LBM一樣流失!一旦LBM流失,此消彼長效應下,即使
體重不變,佔據流失LBM位置的東西是什麼?難道是肩上的重擔嗎?(抖)
唯有適時適度宜心又宜情的良好運動習慣才能降低或避免這樣的問題發生。
3、單就飲食而言,現代蔬果殘留的大量農藥跟基改疑慮、家禽家畜施打藥物的
殘留、飲食添加物....等,這些都會徒增人體負擔甚至危害健康,所以文明
病才會如雨後春筍般一坨拉庫冒出來,為了降低健康負擔、幫助人體代謝、
強化臟器運作、改善健康並增進體能,我們更應該運動!
4、中度強度以上或過長時間或過量的運動的確會增加自由基產生,可是請別忘
了有種叫做『補償作用』的生理機制!在正常飲食營養充足前提下,經常性
運動的人的體內會經由補償作用產生更多的抗氧化酵素,而這些抗氧化酵素
可以協助人體在運動後清除因運動所產生的過量自由基,這也是為何有良好
運動習慣的人食慾會變好、食量也比較大(生命自尋出路!!),當然也很容
光煥發!再不然你心理上也會因為害怕自由基而額外補充維它命之類的,這
也是補償作用效應啊XD!
因此咧,三不五時提倡營養充足+良好作息+規律運動真的不是在唬爛的!
