請給我建議 - 健身

我是跑步新手
目前是慢跑了第13天(不是連續)
我先說一下我的情況
我167/49
因為我以前都沒在運動
所以跑個10分鐘就會喘個半死那種
所以前2個禮拜我就都快走1小時
後來開始嘗試慢跑(我是跑跑步機)
連續跑了3天
都有連續跑40分鐘以上
之後就想說去操場跑看看
一個禮拜會跑個3天以上
每次都跑大概40分鐘
中間大概會休息1~2天
但這幾天覺得腿還是酸痛
膝蓋外側那邊也酸痛
走路那些都還正常
不是酸痛到無法忍受的地步
就是上下樓梯的時候酸痛感比較明顯
請問這樣酸痛是正常嗎?
還是我需要休息久一點的時間?
另外我想問小腿變的很粗
有沒有可能是肌肉發炎之類的
