○不知道怎麼稱呼的機器一台,坐姿的機器,是拿來練延展性。
有二個口字把手,人可以向後壓,腳可以交叉後再向後壓。
小平台上還有二台划船機(Matrix的,但很舊了). 抓舉設備一組.
抓舉空槓放在Matrix G3-FW96 Barbell Rack*2
小平台邊還放了一台很舊不知廠商的Chest Press.
重量可調至Johnson SU-151 Chest Press的二倍.
