最近有注意到御便當小小一顆,菜少肉少飯少,熱量標示卻是700大卡
我覺得還滿誇張的,那我平常吃得中式簡餐,外加喝個湯,不就破1200大卡了..
其實平常很少計算到底中式餐點熱量有多少,通常是點了就把他吃光
這樣算起來我覺得中式餐點還不太適合現代人的,高熱量,高油,一天吃兩餐大概就爆表
現在晚餐很喜歡吃這種類型
7-11的鰹魚涼麵外加一顆茶葉蛋,可是看吃完滿滿的塑膠又覺得很對不起地球
最主要是現在對那種油炒的青菜,豆腐還滿反感的,
大家中餐晚餐在都市裡面都怎麼解決? 我現在比較喜歡沒有用油的料理
上街一看好像平常三餐一律都是炸的居多..
