中斷後的運動會很累?? - 健身

我承認是滿自作孽的啦 一直以來都有慢跑的習慣,然後跑個好陣子
就又中斷,改別的運動 。然後就又回來慢跑 中斷 跑 之中會穿插別的運動
例如瑜珈、羽球之類的,唯一一直有的習慣就是慢跑或快走,但只要中斷又回來
跑 ,就超超累的 不是說運動會精神好嗎??每次搞到早上同事都問我 半夜去幹小偷嗎
怎麼天天很累想z的樣子,是不是因為我都給人家中斷的關係啊??可是通常再維持一個
星期之類的也還是天天都很累.大家會這樣嗎?還是一再開始跑就又神猛過人 天天精神
好??
