中斷運動習慣 - 健身

莫約前年買了台跑步機在房間,跑步加改變飲食習慣讓我近百公斤瘦到70...
然後就沒有然後了
一方面瘦下來也鬆懈 另一方面換了一個工作又變成了便當外食族
一開始從每天每天變成每週,到現在是只能等到難得的假日(公司&假日補校都放假)才有機?
是說家中環境也跟之前不太一樣了
本來舊的工作下午下了班 跑個半小時一小時都還能悠哉的洗澡吃飯.….
現在每天近12小時的加班 回家吃飯洗澡也都快10點去了,雖然有地墊但是樓下還是會聽到跑
現在家中又有新生兒 看來更沒辦法使用我的跑步機了....
如果只是想維持有空可以流流汗的運動習慣有什麼替代方案嗎?
對了 順便想瞭解一下乳清是幹嘛用的怎麼這個版三句不離乳清阿?
