今年過年後,下定決心要開始減肥
所以在過年年假期間報名了健身房兼買32堂教練課
附上3/1的Inbody

覺得都沒有什麼進步,體重差不多,體脂肪也差不多
請問一下版大們,我是運動量太少嗎?還是飲食的控制不夠精確呢?
我的工作,每天都會一直不斷的走動。有時候也會勞動。
工作的關係,一週只能跑兩趟健身房(教練課)
大部分的三餐大約如下:
早餐:鮪魚三明治1個、里肌三明治1個,無糖豆漿
午餐:公司便當,飯固定吃一半+主菜(去皮)
晚餐:滷味(若當天公司工作量比較操勞的話,會點個冬粉或意麵),原型食物為主。
晚餐有時後也會吃三媽的泡菜鍋,或者炭烤雞腿
水一天約喝2500CC,
請問各位版大,我是因為運動量太少嗎?
還是在飲食的控制上不夠精確呢?
請各位幫忙小弟解惑,謝謝大家
