話說 我以前看一本重訓的書
叫做四周練出一身肌
裡面正好有講到這個動作誒 叫做
“四分之一深蹲”
怎麼做?
就是中華男籃做的那樣
書中說這種動作只會鍛鍊到股四頭 完全不會用到股二頭
所以對於股四頭的力量很有幫住 不過缺點是
因為不會練到腿後 所以腿的肌肉會不平衡
當然我也不是專家 所以腿的肌肉不平衡我也不知道會發生什麼事情
所以 說他們做錯好像也不太對
