小弟上網看了on的價格,五磅的露天不含運費2349
其中on每30.4克有24克蛋白質
總重五磅約等於2.27公斤
所以全部共有2270*24/30.4=1792克蛋白
pp比:protien(g)/price(NTD)=0.76g/NTD
小弟早上在學校的seven買了無糖豆漿
學校有打9折 所以一瓶18元
裡面含有15.3g的蛋白質
所以protien(g)/price(NTD)=0.85g/NTD
發現豆漿的PP比 比on乳清蛋白還來的高
那位啥各位巨巨不喝豆漿就好呢
