不知道有沒有人用過這種~
我想請問
因為我是第一次用乳清
我想請問如果我照課表來喝的話
例如我一三五重訓~ 那是在這三天有重訓時喝就好嗎?
其他如二四六沒運動的時候就不用了吧@@?
還是至少要補充到每天有體重*1.5g的蛋白質@@?
還有問題就是
假設我體重60kg 那我就是一天要補充到90g的蛋白質囉??
那照這個乳清蛋白的含量~~我是不是要喝到四份才有辦法阿???
四份就要分四次喝囉??
抱歉 因為以前沒用過
有點擔心亂吃會造成身體負擔>"<~
煩請各位大大解答^^"
