目前身高 175 體重 59.8 (裸)
原本體重從68 , 飲食改善(少油無炸無飲料)每個月半公斤持續下降
有定期運動,雖然身上的肥油少了許多
但是肌肉好像也少了許多
因此除了重訓外,想要嘗試吃乳清試試看

似乎適合我使用,不過還是不太清楚,因此想請教大家
在規律運動以及一星期兩次重訓情況下,想要增肌(減重已達成)的選擇
第一種 是不是和 第二種 是一樣的東西,只是品牌不同,因此價格不同
還有 第三種 和 前面兩種 的差別在哪邊,從成分表看不出個所以然
