小弟目前 176/110
這是小弟目前體態

目前訓練方式
1.4.深蹲 硬舉
2.5.上半身的訓練
時間都約1小時-1.5小時(看情況)
結束之後會游泳30分-1小時 會盡量用蛙式保持在一定速度 心跳
現在目的主要在減脂 畢竟肚子還是一大團肉
朋友都說不要為了減脂不補充高蛋白
還是得補充高蛋白增肌
所以小弟想問 以目前 COSTCO販賣的哪種高蛋白比較適合我
還有我是要游泳完喝還是重訓完喝呢?
