小弟我做二頭彎舉時(啞鈴兩邊朝上下那種)
做到後來,手還有力,反而是手指關節沒力了,是姿勢不對嗎?
我是帶著紅色綿手套(水電師父帶的那種)訓練
我只做10KG......
各位巨哥,小弟是什麼問題呢?
