這幾年滾筒風氣盛行
幾乎到達人手一隻的程度
不夠力還需要狼牙棒來處理
但是 放鬆前你有想過我們為什麼要滾它嗎
沒有 因為你只想到你自己!!

我想大家都同意不是所有的東西都是鬆的好

我們要問的不是肌肉緊不緊
而是要問為什麼肌肉會變緊
肌肉不可能無緣無故就變緊
就算是魔神仔 也要在你肩膀上才會重重的
為什麼會鬆了又緊 鬆了又緊就是個大哉問

肌肉之所以緊繃 是為了讓身體能執行動作
我們的身體超級無敵聰明
它會用各種方式去代替/代償你想作卻又做不到的事
直到再也無法負荷 就會產生各種症狀
不是只有肝很沉默 肌肉有時也很沉默
舉ITBS作為實際例子
"跑步"這個功能相當於"火車的運行"
"斷掉的鐵軌"相當於"失能的臀肌" 特別是臀中肌
而"超人"就是"ITB"所扮演的角色
那個緊 那個痛 都是ITB在對你喊話
"快點支援我 我就只能撐這一下啊啊啊啊啊啊"

這時候用滾筒重擊它

等到它沒力求援的時候
就沒人可以支持火車運行了
我們要修理的是鐵軌 而不是超人
如同在大多數ITBS的治療
我們要處理的是臀肌的問題 而不是一直把ITB放鬆把問題推給它
緊繃的肌肉需不需要放鬆 這絕對是肯定的
但是如果你不知道問題的根源
千萬不要哪裡緊鬆哪裡
這樣會造成以後更大的危險
以下是幾個適合伸展放鬆的場合
1.受傷結疤的組織(減少沾粘與增加組織延展性)
2.訓練區域的肌肉(練那裡 鬆哪裡)
3.緊繃的位置造成其他肌肉的活動障礙
