下背部動作推薦 - 健身

我先附上我的背部菜單
Straight-Arm Pulldown Lat Pulldown
BentOver Rows Seated Cable Rows
Face Pull T-BAR ROW WITH HANDLE
ONE-ARM DUMBBELL ROW
不知道還有沒有推薦的下背部可以做的動作
之前有做過HYPEREXTENSIONS(羅馬椅)
但這動作我背部會怪怪的
不太敢做
另外 硬舉部分我是放在下半身那一天才做的
但DEFICIT DEADLIFT(我不知道中譯) 這跟一般硬舉差在哪理呀
有人知道嗎?
看影片很像是比一般硬舉墊高這樣
