板上各位大大好
最近在美國出差想買乳清來補充營養
但是到了GNC發現乳清有超級多種 不知道買哪種好
想在板上請教各種乳清的差別和作用
小弟去年初的時候檢查出消化性潰瘍 (神經性非幽門桿菌)
四處看醫生之後 才發現自己已經有超過十年的胃病和營養不良問題
中醫調理了蠻長一段時間之後
因為我吸收非常差 (食量不小可是都吃不胖 身高181 體重63)
醫生建議我可以買高蛋白來補充營養
上網查了一下乳清好像主要有分濃縮、分離跟水解三種
可是到了GNC店裡 發現根本種類就多到看不懂XD"
因為小弟英文不是很好 所以也不太知道怎麼詢問比較好
到GNC的台灣官網查 覺得官網的介紹每個也都寫得差不多 看不出分別
因此
想請教要怎麼區分GNC乳清的差別(好像大部分賣的都是ON的)
哪種對於營養不良的人比較會有幫助?
有沒有哪些成分項目是比較容易看懂的?
