二頭拉傷 吹冷氣? - 健身

之前有健身房的個人教練免費帶練過
覺得自己的重訓強度真的很弱......
每次都被業務or仲介說 怎麼可能只做40磅之類
或者我調到40他們以為我要熱身
但其實我30就差不多 哭
所以想說自己不能再做30磅的訓練
(對......真的超弱,我都懷疑自己是不是天生沒有運動細胞)
雖然大家都說以自己能負荷為主
但就覺得30磅是不是不會有效果 又超自卑
於是禮拜六的時候重訓
就調到50磅 做個幾組 不多
受不了了 就去做有氧 然後洗澡
結果到了禮拜天晚上發現左右手二頭肌有點痠痠痛痛
享受著運動完的痠痛感 洋洋得意貼上貼布準備睡覺
結果早上被右手那邊的二頭肌痛醒
還跟教授請假(我們學校很難翹課......
右手完全無法伸直
所以今天打工的時候手一直雙手抱胸
還好我是做補習班 不是做餐飲業 超級兇的感覺XD
去了骨科 診斷是拉傷 拿了止痛藥
雖然不像昨天那麼不舒服 可是發現
一吹冷氣就會開始痛起來
不知道是該睡覺了拉傷處就會痛?
還是拉傷不適合吹太低溫的冷氣喔?
想請各位板上先進解答
