請問什麼方法才能在一般日常增加運動量呢?
身高164
體重67~68
因為上班時間長回家都晚上8:30
做個家事就已經累個半死到晚上11點
假日又得帶小孩出門玩(小孩想要出去)
沒什麼時間運動
去年6月體重近90,現在是67到68
飲食方面是早上鮪魚蛋吐司+小冰紅,中午自助餐大多是蔬菜跟蛋還有豆腐,晚餐是蔬菜+魚
之類,午餐跟晚餐不吃白米飯。
體重一直卡在67沒上沒下很討厭,我希望可以到60~65....之後再慢慢降
有什麼運動是平日上班就可以做到的?
簡易運動就可以。
