效益最大的運動頻率是如何? - 健身

我想問關於運動頻率的問題,爬文看到的討論並不多,所以想再請問一下各位:
假設一周只有四小時可以運動,
何者能達到維持肌肉量和體態的最大效益呢?
方案一:每周運動兩次,每次運動兩小時
方案二:每周運動四次,每次運動一小時
運動型態是 健身房重訓及橢圓交叉訓練機;路跑(上述三種不會同一天練)
都會超過最大心率的70%

我知道有人會說:要求最大效果,增加運動時間就是了
不過我想,大部分人跟我一樣,人生都有其他任務必須完成
其實我蠻感謝這個版(和隔壁的肌肉沙灘)
從五月起,我爬文很久,照著爬到的飲食和運動建議
體重已經減了八公斤
醣化血色素從7.0降到5.9(本來就是因為高血糖所以痛定思痛開始運動)
腰圍從84cm降到74cm
靜止心跳從106降到82(這個最令我意外但也最開心)
不過這是幾乎完全放掉工作,不求工作表現、只求過關,才有辦法達到這成績。
這四個月一周運動六到七天,每次70分鐘,路跑、重訓、有氧,心跳率達150,
周末還會去七星山攻頂,來回大約爬四小時)
感覺是個快樂的運動夏日
現在階段目的達到,有回到人間的感覺
畢竟在運動之外,中年偽單親要帶小孩,照顧老年失能的父母
偶而也得陪公婆
工作雖然可帶回家做,但是工作成果會被嚴格檢視,高壓力高工時。
現在必須回到工作上衝刺,但又想保持目前體力
所以才有這個問題......
