性別:男
年齡:26
身高:179
體重:96.6
BMI:30.14
體脂率:27%
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐:豆漿+蘿蔔糕+蛋餅
午餐:公司午餐:1青菜+1肉(豬肉雞肉較多)+1洋蔥之類的配菜+一碗湯+(有麵就吃麵
,不然就是飯)+蒸蛋類的
晚餐:一樣是公司晚餐!! 都和午餐差不多
其他:喝水量 每天至少3000CC吧
日常作息時間:
0630起床
0730吃早餐
0800上班囉
1130午餐囉
1230午休
1330又上班了
1630運動囉
1730先加個小班
1800晚餐
1900繼續加班!!
2100下班囉
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:每天跑3000公尺,運動量很少,15分鐘內跑完
不過每個禮拜都會去跑個5000-10000公尺
跑完還會倒退跑400 加衝刺400
我的問題:我今天去量了體脂肪 發現內臟脂肪14 體脂肪27
身體年齡50(我好慘) 不過基礎代謝率 卻高的嚇人 2017
我卻瘦不下來 而且我上廁所排便頻率很差 2-3天才一次
唉唉 有沒有可以維持正常的方式呀 基礎代謝率怎樣有效運用呢?
