也不確定算不算減脂 常常都吃類似的
只是今天用了新的食材 佛手瓜生吃
因為不小心家裡每個人都買了佛手瓜
所以今天做了涼拌佛手瓜沙拉
材料是一個佛手瓜切絲 一條黃瓜 兩顆不同顏色的大番茄
調料是麻油 醋 醬油 辣椒 對水拌勻
再煎一塊牛排切小塊拌入
清爽下飯 而且連洗菜切菜加起來二十分鐘以內就完成
給常常不知道吃什麼的你參考
牛排是小孩昨晚吃剩的
換成雞胸肉應該也是很搭配
