禮拜六要出國玩五天,沒法運動又會大吃,所以這幾天肉類是選擇較低脂的雞胸跟雞肋條
,魚肉選擇鮭魚排而非鮭魚腹排(腹排較油)
最近波菜很便宜,一大把35元,可趁這季節多吃點,等夏天再吃花椰菜(最近50元超小朵
)
澱粉盡量避免白米,以糙米為主。
這樣午晚餐材料費:NT405
