昨天練二頭好像施力點不對..還怎樣...
今天手肘部近一出力就很不蘇服...
所以就放棄去健身房練肩膀...乖乖到新民校區跑步...
今天心血來潮 想到很久沒跑6k了...難得有帶mp3認真點好了
(我真的很懶...沒有音樂沒有電影又沒有風景可以看的話
要我乖乖做有氧運動超過1h 真的除非我想到 XD)
想想 自從2個月前膝蓋受傷後 加上身體的一些小狀況不斷...
我的有氧就一直很隨性...雖然在健身房的跑步機還是使用頻率頗高的
但我真的才不管我跑了幾K咧 都嘛1H跑完就開始喇塞或幹嘛了
如果偶爾去跑操場的話 更是草草二十幾分鐘4K跑完就收工了 XDDD
今天的狀況感覺還好...但比起板上或路跑版一堆神人...
我真的只能小小聲的說...
跑了6K...大概40分鐘左右+開始跑前後的暖身收操弄弄一大概也1H了
(不要噓我~我跑步很爛 我知道 XD)
看在手痛跟還在生理期的份上 我覺得還可以接受啦
比前幾天感冒剛好+生理剛來期的鬱悶好太多了...
跑的時候忽然有種很奇怪的感覺....原來我之前覺得跑4K很沒FU...
怎麼多跑了5圈感覺反而比較好呢 我覺得我也有被某兩人激到了...
跑步的時候 聽著音樂也對最近的運動狀況有點小不滿...
身體小狀況不斷...然後真要練習又因為在家工作後被卡在店裡 時間老是不夠用...
還有臥推老是卡在45KG 跨蹲55KG....核心肌群太弱....
有時候真的會覺得最近的自己進步太慢...太鬆散....
(然後飲食真的很不會控制 難怪身體都沒啥變化....囧)
跑步完後 神清氣爽的懺悔完後...
我想我以後也要慢慢加跑步的時間了...
把基準點從4K到6K...再慢慢的往上加...冬天來臨前我應該可以甘心一次跑個10K吧
然後....(還沒完...XDDD)
回到家 晚餐還沒吃 就被抓去幫我媽搬東西去店裡....(因為最近要搬家了....)
6.7箱大收納箱滿滿的衣服.雜物....從我家的2F到店的2F...
媽的...在手都不蘇服的情況下要我抱一堆重物...比我跑15圈操場還累...
而且又因為不要讓我媽動手 所以死命的搬快點....真的是爆心跳啊!!
搬完的那煞那 我突然想到那個昨天版上在討論的早安動作跟羅馬椅...
我想我應該要感謝一下我的PARTNER的未卜先知摟?
(知道我最近要搬家了 所以讓我練習搬重物的姿勢? !)
總之....我覺得 站店一天+今天的運動+搬動西...
我想我今晚應該很好睡了...呼....
明天...有空再去練肩吧.....(嘆)
