體重變輕的前兆.... - 健身

有一種狀態之下 我知道我的體重正在減輕
那就是做完運動 已經過了一段時間 但是
1.身體仍然持續在微微發熱(體內體外都是 但 不是天氣很熱的原因 也不是發燒)
2.持續口渴(運動後大量水分已經補充完畢 也有持續在喝水 沒吃太鹹的東西)
如果有出現這種情況 隔天量體重的結果 通常都會讓我很滿意
對我來說 這是"體重必減輕的預感" 可是這種情況不常出現
沒有天天在過年的 XD 一星期有兩次就很開心了
可能每個人的狀況不同 但我是這樣
有人也像我一樣的嗎?
