如題
今日在逛奇摩的時候
有看到一篇文章(我忘了確切的位置EX 部落格還是什麼的
大概就是在談減肥的方法
裡面講的十分詳細
重點大概就是以不吃澱粉來做為手段
說澱粉會增進什麼東西的形成
還有吃澱粉會減少脂肪的消耗
然後說一天三餐大概只吃ㄧ餐澱粉
另外兩餐就不吃澱粉了
我當然知道置底文在說什麼
但是兩者有矛盾之處
想請問到底誰說的是對的?
還有就是...有強者如果知道該文章連結
煩請貼上 感謝...早上看到 後來就找不到了....
很想貼上來讓大家斷定真偽
