令人十分沮喪的月經症候群 - 健身

不知道是不是天氣逐漸變冷的關係
這個月的經前症候群造成的食欲爆走比前幾次嚴重很多...Orz
原本以為已經不愛吃的含油量高的甜點 麵包 洋芋片
居然變的非常美味 囧
原本覺得很噁心的含奶精飲料 也變好喝了 囧 (怎麼會這樣 女人好善變><)
飯後甜點和下午茶變的超豐盛...(豬付身症狀1)
肚子都沒有飽的感覺 也都沒有餓的感覺 囧
知道自己吃的多 所以每天的運動習慣還是有維持到見血的第一天為止
但是運動量跟平常一樣.... 忘了增加 囧
(事後反省... 應該要隨著食量增加而增加的齁?!)
月經來的前兩天量很多沒運動就算了
吃完非常飽的晚餐居然就倒在床上2~3HR 囧
睡醒起來洗個澡上個網之後還是可以繼續睡到天亮...(豬付身症狀2)
連續兩天這樣子吃飽睡睡飽吃...
到了第三天 罪惡感指數已累積到破表
看看覺得肚子狀況和血量都很OK
爬文看很多版友經期都還是可以正常跑步 還說可以幫助排血 減緩不適~
就很開心的去跑步 想把這好幾天累積的脂肪燒掉!
沒想到 跑了半小時就覺得累了...
明明平常都可以跑到1HR的阿?!... 好沮喪..怎麼會退步這麼多...T_T
只好靠著意志力半跑半走撐完50min
結果更沮喪的在後面.....跑完沒多久肚子就開始悶痛了 囧
為了減緩肚子痛 泡了黑糖水來喝
喝的時候一直覺得...嗚 我的血糖要上升了 胰島素要增加了 脂肪無法燃燒了><
又進入了鬼打牆沮喪循環.......囧
不能運動的時候看著同事開開心心的去跑步打球 也好沮喪
不能運動的時候被同事拿身材來開玩笑 也好沮喪
不能運動的這幾天覺得好漫長 度日如年...
後來想想 這樣子週而復始的下去的話
每次黃體期進行的運動 燃燒的都是濾泡期累積的脂肪 囧
這樣手臂大腿的陳年肥油何時才能被燃燒到呢Orz
好羨幕男生沒有周期性的暴走期和無力期喔
下次要來試試版娘說的 經期前補充B群和鈣鎂
有罪惡感又無法運動實在太痛苦了(本來內分泌就已經讓心情夠不好了QQ)
抱怨完落落長的囧文 還是要繼續運動滴 keep going~
