基本資料
性別:女
年齡:25
身高:160
體重:60
BMI:23.4
體脂率:25左右,暑假時在台灣量的,現在這邊不知道去哪量 囧
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐:2-3片全麥吐司塗起司抹醬+歐姆蛋+水果(通常是一顆桃子或蘋果)
午餐:1-4 早上運動回來要趕著去上課,所以只能牛奶泡綜合穀物+兩片吐司+香蕉
56日 1. 一盤白醬或紅醬義大利麵,醬都自己熬的,應該不用擔心太油或太鹹
2. 隨便煮麵 (綠花椰菜+香菇+紫菜+洋蔥)(無油少鹽)
3. 炒飯 (飯是糙米,四季豆/香菇/鮪魚罐頭/玉米,不一定,看心情跟冰箱)
晚餐:2-4 subway 15cm
56日1 同56日午餐
其他:偶爾會嘴饞吃巧克力蛋糕或泡芙或冰淇淋... 難戒啊!!!(打滾
一天飲水量約2000-2500,很少外食。外食的話都速食居多...
下課回到家,可能九點半或快十點,本來會吃水果,後來有人說晚上吃水果會胖..
那如果回到家肚子餓怎麼辦 QQ???
日常作息時間:
8-9點起床,吃早餐準備跑健身房
12點左右回到家,吃午餐準備上課
5點晚餐,接著繼續上課
8點半下課,回到家快十點
做自己的事情,12點-1點躺床
因為要陪合超淺眠的室友作息,所以起床時間不能太早,睡覺時間也不能太早 囧...
睡覺不能太早是因為沒辦法睡超過八小時... 要配合早上起床時間 = =
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:
目前排程是 星期二、五、日做重訓,星期一、三、六有氧,星期四休息。
有氧:跑步機20-30分鐘,心跳約110???(喘得要死,結果機器跟我說110 囧)
(滑步機10-20分鐘,這個不一定會做,看心情+體能)
腳踏車30-40分鐘,心跳約160-170??? (會太多嗎 QQ)
中間沒有休息,只是移動換個機器繼續運動...
重訓:1.5小時左右,主要是練背+上半身+腿
我的問題:
請問這樣的三餐可以嗎?我基代只有少少的1300左右,這樣三餐需要減量或改善嗎?
因為人在國外,吃東西沒那麼方便,不像台灣買新鮮蔬果便宜又方便 QQ
水果可以選擇的種類不多,蔬菜也都是冷凍的居多...
因為這邊新鮮蔬菜多為大白菜,可是醫生說我體質太寒了,叫我別吃。
運動方面,以前都是不正常的節食減肥...(我知錯了 > < )
最近才開始跑健身房,偷偷小聲順便問,走路去健身房的20分鐘路程能算運動嗎?? XDDD
開始運動之後,也漸漸愛上揮灑汗水的感覺,每次運動完心情都特別好 :)
如果我有氧都在跑啊、踩啊的,那我重訓有需要特別做腿部訓練嗎?
還有跑步機的心跳,不知道準不準... 因為開始跑五分鐘速度8.2km時,心跳只有80左右..
可是會喘會累,心肺功能不太好... 又或者,其實這樣是正常的??? 抱歉,我運動新手 QQ
跑步的話,前五分鐘是8.2km/hr,後面是1-2分5.5km、1-2分8.2km輪替。
而重訓方面,似乎肌耐力還很差。
12-15一組,作三組。
每一組之間休息1-2分鐘,對嗎?
可是常常做第一組15,第二組剩12,第三組只剩下9... 這樣是休息不夠還是不夠ㄍㄧㄥ?
重訓與有氧的分配,有需要調整嗎?
在想有沒有需要把有氧改四天,重訓改兩天。
有氧的話,是希望能讓體脂減到19-20左右。
這幾天都窩在fit板爬文,然後整個被重訓燒到。
加上有天在健身房,看到一個線條、比例完美的正妹從重訓區走出來,整個眼睛一亮,
這就是我夢寐以求的身材啊!!!
於是決定在運動上加入重訓,希望身材有朝一日可以跟正妹一樣 >///<
雖然知道做重訓長肌肉會變重,還是希望一月回台灣之前能瘦個五公斤,有可能嗎QQ?
當然,體態比體重還重要,所以暫時封印體重計,不過難免會小小小在意...
