看了版上分享的深蹲的好處後 我就愛上了這個動作
每次跳鄭多燕 有些動作覺得不夠力時
我就會自己改做深蹲 那種大腿肌肉痠到要爆炸的感覺
還真的蠻痛快的.......XD
~~~~~進入正題~~~~~
最近和朋友聊天 她說自從生了小孩後
這一兩年來 腰都會痛
尤其是在彎腰抱小孩的時候 應是動作不當導致的
記得以前也聽過
要避免讓腰部受傷 搬重物時不可彎腰
要先蹲下去 搬好後再站起來
但我那位朋友 膝蓋也不好
如果每次抱小孩要先蹲下再起立
怕是腰好了 又換膝蓋不舒服
自己力行深蹲的動作幾天後
突然想到
如果在彎腰抱小孩時 用類似深蹲的動作來抱
背挺直 屁股往後坐 膝蓋不超過腳尖
這樣可以避免腰或膝蓋受傷嗎
可能沒辦法深蹲到大腿和地面平行
但至少可以保護腰和膝蓋就好
搞不好還可以得到一個結實的屁屁呢~~~~
