我之前試過的地方有
床墊上、瑜珈墊上
我在床墊上做的時候
想問的重點:
雙腿抬起來要練下腹肌的時候,
當我緩緩放下 腰部後面靠近肛門的骨頭還是什麼的會痛耶>_<
誰知道為什麼 是床墊不平造成的?
