仰臥起坐的時候脖子應該出力嗎? - 健身

每次在做仰臥起坐或者是其他練腹肌的動作
如果上半身抬起的時間久一點 脖子前半部就會很累
所以沒辦法像DVD裡那樣維持那麼久
想請問大家會不會這樣? 這是正常的嘛?
