轉眼間生完小孩滿兩年了
去年年中時就差不多瘦回去產前的"體重"
體脂從產後的36降到30
今年過年開始跳鄭多燕 連續100天沒間斷
中間有加入重訓 主要是自體重訓
有時早上會到公司的健身房拿器材做重訓
通常是拿4公斤啞鈴練row 10公斤啞鈴練Swing
4月購入12公斤重量在家裡練
5月開始認真跳bodyrock
還在我FB粉絲頁面開了30天大挑戰 之後連開了兩波大挑戰
跳到7月中跳完第二波 體脂已經降到23左右
7月底慶祝自己的生日到了沖繩去一趟 拍了比基尼照紀念一下
網友建議我做成Before&After後寄去給Bodyrock
而就在昨天 我被Bodyrock選為選為BodyRocker Babe of the Day!!

在這個35萬粉絲的頁面中 我似乎成為第一個台灣人 XD
照片的留言也開始出現Taiwan好棒的留言好幾次 XDXD
雖然這裡Before&After比我強的人多的是
但還是想跟大家分享一下
結論:
1. 當媽媽也是可以很健美的
2. 工作很忙也是可以抽空運動的
3. HIIT真的蠻威的
4. 還有 我又開大挑戰了 想逼死自己的一起來吧
