以一般論經驗論論斷事情 平常是沒大問題
但是沒學過殺菌
你的一般論立基點就會有問題
拿個沸騰就在那說嘴......
我沒學過食品加工
但是至少我學過殺菌(培養液中完全無雜菌病毒)
至少要在121度C下15分鐘
液體用這方式殺菌最方便了
沸騰100度C有個毛用 拿沸騰100度C的培養液去養細菌 是要養腐海出來嗎?
人家敢不標內含防腐劑就是不怕你去驗
大剌剌說人就是含什麼什麼 無言
統一豆漿被我排在非第一選擇
是因為含果糖跟鹿角膠(增加濃稠度)
