我想請教一種拉筋的方式...
就是在上樓梯時,單腳踏上階梯,但只踏前半個腳掌...
也就是說後腳掌腳踏是懸空的,然後雙手扶牆,
接著整個身體的重心往後,當我這樣做時感覺後腳跟到小腿的筋都有拉到...
想請問這樣的拉筋方式有效嗎?或是是正確的嗎?會傷到嗎??
另,之前看到某篇網路文章說到,慢跑或快走時,前腳掌不能使到力
說是前腳使力容易使小腿變粗?!?!?這是真有根據的嗎??
