關於心跳跟最加燃脂的效益 - 健身

最近開始使用測量心跳的表來監控運動時的心跳
板娘跟教練也常常說"最佳燃脂範圍"
算我的年齡最大心跳率是183.x
但是最近有氧運動選擇對膝蓋比較不傷的滑步機
做個40分鐘下來,心跳大概是163,但是在整體上比在跑步機上不累
在跑步機時是速度8 40分鐘 心跳也是160~180
既然最佳燃脂範圍可能是130左右,那這樣反而是應該降心跳下來囉?
也就是說雖然沒流比較多汗,沒有比較累,但是燃脂效果比較好
是這樣嗎??! 有點疑惑
