關於豆漿
本人稍有研究,恕再回一篇文章
基改黃豆通常設計為增加農作物抵抗力,改良產量、改良營養成分等...
人類吃了可能會導致過敏、基因突變、產生抗藥性...等等壞處
如果有去雜糧行購買過黃豆,就知道太便宜的黃豆製品絕對有問題
而且以美味程度來說,有機黃豆做的豆漿絕對比基改黃豆做的豆漿好喝
會比較香醇,煮的好,會有很明顯的豆香,不加糖豆漿會有自然甜味的
以價格來說:(1斤=600克)
基因改造黃豆 一斤可能不到20元,15元以下都有
非基因改造黃豆,一斤不到30元
有機黃豆,一斤60~75元之間
現在市面上的豆漿,普通的早餐店和豆腐店都是用最便宜的黃豆做的
有些惡質店家甚至用"黃豆粉"魚目混珠
黃豆粉是用豆渣做的,是擠豆漿剩下的渣,沒什麼營養成分
少數標榜有機黃豆的店家例外,因為喝過的人就喝得出來
關於統一豆漿,本人喝過也看過成分標示
有種奇怪的口感,正常有機豆漿不會有那種味道
這種莫名其妙的不純豆漿(加了一堆非天然營養素???),不喝為妙
通常手工製作的豆漿,保存期限頂多3天
而大企業製造的豆漿保存期限可以超過5天???
加了一些東西讓豆漿不至於太快腐敗吧
