大家好
小弟是新手想入門開始健身
除了跑學校健身房外
在家中也想做仰臥起坐練練腹部
但是在卷腹後到放鬆躺平的過程中
屁股靠近尾椎的地方會小小聲"咔咔"兩下
請問這是正常現象嗎?
還是繼續做下去會傷到骨頭呢??
