想請問一下我有買伏地挺身輔助器
大家一般應該都是這樣做的吧

我現在都是伏地挺身一組做15下
做完一組休息一分鐘以後繼續做 一天做10組
仰臥起坐一組25下休息一分鐘以後繼續做 一天做8~10組
我覺得我啞鈴好像太輕我一組可以做30下 有8跟12磅

可以建議我買幾磅的比較好嗎?

請問一下我這樣做OK嗎?請各位大大給我一些建議
還有仰臥起坐手放在脖子後面做還是交叉放在胸前做比較好呢?
