但請問 練多了肚子會變小嗎?
現在肚子挺大的
仰臥起坐 只穿四角褲做
做一做每次股溝都會磨破
好慘
我想瘦肚子阿
感覺跑步跑了兩個月下來每天3~4KM
沒甚麼用
