從上個月開始就開始做伏地挺身
一個禮拜大概只做五天
剛開始
慢慢做(抱歉 我是弱雞)
這兩個禮拜來是
一次20下(到12下開始抖17下開始酸)
之後去刷牙休息
之後再20下(很快就開始抖跟酸)
這幾天
開始睡前
又在20下
前5下就開始抖了...
還是硬撐做完...
今天起床的時候
開始有點不酥服...
胸口"雜雜"的
感覺有一口氣在胸口
吃午餐的時候吞嚥時不太舒服...
是正常的嗎...?!
今天晚上還要繼續做伏地挺身嗎?
ps:抱歉 在問一下
我要練肩寬的話,伏地挺身時手掌的寬度要拉寬嗎@@"
