我相信這一定是老梗了= =
不過還是來跟大家請教一下
我公司有個同事,身高約160,我目測他應該是80~100kg,
(抱歉range抓得有點寬,因為到一定程度我就分不出來了orz)
她之前有婦科疾病,吃類固醇長期治療等,所以變成這樣,
目前準備結婚所以積極瘦身中。
她大概是半年前我認識她就開始減肥,
方式是去看知名的減肥門診,拿減肥藥吃,加上過午不食,忌油炸和甜食麵包飲料等,
據她的說法她目前已經小好幾size很多衣服都變太寬不能穿了…
(但我看不出差別@@,體脂一直很高的話變小還是差不多形狀吧?orz)
而我是一個月前驚覺自己體脂超高(33%o_o)開始運動減肥,
目前體脂已經降到27%而且身形明顯改變但體重不變…
因為我原本BMI就在正常值,減肥期間除了增加有氧的時間,三餐定時定量外,
飲食是完全不忌的(現在再叫我節食減肥我寧可被重訓操爆我覺得,不吃好痛苦),
有辦法在一個月瘦到有「改變」的感覺讓我同事很羨慕,
就開始問我怎麼減的。
我跟她分享之後(培養運動習慣等觀念),她就說她沒空出門運動,
是說她住的地點要到健身房也真的很困難啦,
她的上班時間大概是早上11~晚上8點,
真的滿長的,交通時間大約還要1小時,
其他私人生活時間我不清楚,不過我們都是一週七天沒休(只有上多上少的差別),
因為她之前有一年多都是生病(不太能動的那種)很嚴重,
才會瞬間爆肥吧?
我想請問有沒有什麼可以自己在家做的運動,
最好是有氧類的?
有這種東西嗎……
想說至少幫她想點辦法,做不做得到就看她拉。
