為什麼做伏地挺身,手腕會痛啊><?一次約10~15個
我只有右手會痛,左手不會...
而且,從上週做完之後(一次/週),這週做(一次/週),
整個右手手腕內側很痛,連一下都沒辦法做....Orz
請問是哪裡的姿勢不正確呢? 像我這種情況,通常要休息多久呢 ?
