小弟不才 初次在貴板發文
是這樣的 我有一個朋友有在健身也常去公園參加一些單槓團
然後跟我說 兩分鐘120秒要做120下標準伏地挺身很容易
上次他的朋友兩分鐘做了200下
這讓我很好奇算了一下
200/120 平均0.6秒要一下
照理說不是姿勢作不正確就是根本無法在120秒內完成
他還跟我說這樣的強者比螞蟻還多,根本不足為奇
所以很想問各位有在訓練的大大們
200下伏地挺身在兩分鐘內做完真的不算奇耙或是國手級的體能嗎?
